David Aker is organizing a paddling trip to Oak Island, located in the Apostle Island National Park in Lake Superior. This is an overnight trip, departing on Saturday September 15 2007 and returning Sunday September 16 2007. Pre-registration is required. Details to be posted here.

Welcome to RangePaddlers.org where we encourage paddling Lake Superior as well as the beautiful inland lakes rivers of Northeastern Minnesota! Checked out our calendar of events for both Range Paddler's events or other organization's events. Checkout our message board and sign up! Then you can receive notices about opportunities to paddle. (like the Thursday night paddles at Lake Ore-be-gone though we have discontinued that until spring 2007.) Checkout our links and sponsors.
As the lakes freeze we will be planning some trips down to UMD for their Thursday night paddling sessions from 9:00 to 11:00 p.m. Car pool to the pool!
